You may notice as you explore the Cookbookery catalogue that  some of the books are tagged Wild Rice Collection. River Market was formerly home to Wild Rice Market Bistro run by Andrew Wong. The restaurant was a favourite of the founders of the Cookbookery and when it closed we inherited the book collection that helped inspire some of the amazing meals we’ve eaten there.
